TSA to Host Educational Webinar on Source Screening and Contract Protest Activities

The TSA Office of Contracts and Procurement (C&P) will host an educational webinar for the business community on how the agency conducts its business practices in the following areas:

  • Source selection activities – pre- and post-attribution
  • Contract protest activities – before and after award
  • Debriefings

This event will not cover individual GAO cases or current and past contracts solicited and awarded by the agency, but rather a distillation of the legal procedures and practical factors surrounding educational topics based on Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) procedures. .

The webinar will take place on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST. It is not necessary to register in advance to attend, however, the webinar is limited to the first 250 participants. The TSA asks attendees to send in their questions in advance due to time constraints during the webinar. Questions can be submitted via email to [email protected] and must have in the email subject line “C&P Education Webinar Questions” by the July 28, 2022, 4:00 p.m. EST.
